Your choice
Necessary storage supports a service you request, such as signing in, linking Blizzard, uploading a replay, or choosing a language. It cannot be switched off through MercStats, although you can block or remove it in your browser. Some features may then stop working.
Usage analytics, region storage, and recent-search storage are optional. They remain off until you allow analytics and preferences. Choosing necessary only or later withdrawing permission stops future analytics and removes the optional items from this browser.

Optional usage analytics
Counts page categories and selected interface actions so we can improve MercStats. It does not include searches, BattleTags, emails, report text, replay IDs, or URL query details.
Kept Only after you allow it; analytics records are kept for up to 30 days.
Selected region
Remembers the Heroes of the Storm region you selected.
Kept until you withdraw permission or clear this site’s browser storage.
Recent searches
Keeps up to five recent BattleTag searches on this device.

How to control storage
Use Cookie settings above or in the footer to change your choice at any time. Selecting necessary only stops future analytics and removes the saved region and recent searches from this browser.
You can also block or delete storage in your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookie signs you out. Clearing the replay-upload item means this browser may no longer find uploads it started earlier.
If we add another optional use in the future, it will stay off until you choose to allow it.
